RaeAnne is a delight to work with; her disposition is so sunny, and she is very supportive without being bossy. Fast forward a year and we decided to sell our previous home of 25 years which we had been renting to a friend. RaeAnne handled all the ups and downs of us initially trying to sell it to that friend and working as a scribe for a small percentage. When that ended up eventually not working out, she jumped right into helping us list it. It is an historic home with lots of quirks, but she loved it almost as much as we did. I’m not sure every real estate agent would have truly understood its charms. She gave advice on curb appeal and had it staged and set up like 6 open houses right off. It sold in a jiffy and she was there every step of the way.
