Getting to know Paul Stokes

Paul was born and raised in the Midwest but moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University where he obtained a journalism degree with an advertising emphasis. His professional experience expanded from writing to marketing, including advertising, public relations, sales, event coordination, email marketing, website development, social media and real estate. Paul obtained his California real estate salesperson license in 1990 and has primarily focused on Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia, Olivenhain and San Elijo Hills. His experience with real estate, marketing, sales and client service make him a solid candidate for both home buyers and sellers alike. Paul enjoys working and representing Harcourts JADE Properties in Encinitas and nearby communities. Paul has lived in San Diego, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and San Elijo Hills so he is very familiar with the unique character of these communities. He married his college sweetheart, Diana, in Seagrove Park in Del Mar and is raising three kids. When Paul is not helping clients with their real estate needs, he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, surf fishing, writing, wine, travel and technology.
