Getting to know Nick Ayhan

Graduating in the Spring of 2015, having a passion for business and a background in the construction industry, I simply knew real estate was for me. I jumped on the opportunity, wanting to bring fresh insight to this industry while sticking to one fundamental principle: CLIENTS FIRST.

I believe setting a foundation built on trust with my clients is crucial. I take accountability for the promises I make to my clients, and doing what it takes to serve the people I work with to the best of my ability. Alongside this, I strive to be ahead of the curb with the latest tools and technology buyers and sellers are using because that allows me to best understand their view of the process. I also have a strong belief in having an unmatched level of customer service. Punctuality, responding quickly, and simply being there to answer questions and educate my clients throughout the process is critical to me.
