Getting to know Mark Borders

Mark has been dedicated to the field of real estate since 1999, carving a path as both a Real Estate appraiser and a sales agent (Broker). In an industry perpetually evolving, his commitment to learning and adapting has been unwavering. With a wealth of experience in property valuation, he’s extended this expertise to buyers and sellers, providing clients with relevant data and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding one of their most substantial investments.
His affinity for research has led him to become a true asset in the local real estate landscape. His genuine desire to provide invaluable insights has garnered requests for assistance from past appraisal clients, market professionals and friends alike.
Mark grew up in Michigan, where his parents owned a home building company, and imparted invaluable lessons in work ethic and client interaction. From early exposure to the construction process, his fascination with real estate was started. A comprehensive grasp of market dynamics, lending intricacies, construction, and property valuation now sets him apart as a trusted advisor.
Marks always had a strong appreciation for the outdoors: however, it was the time visiting and then living in the Mountain West of Montana and Oregon that his love for the outdoors was solidified. He hopes to guide his clients towards homes that help them embrace the region's natural splendor.
Mark shares this love of all things outdoors with his wife (Heather) and their three dogs; and when not working, they are either on their bikes, skis or out in their hiking shoes making the best of the surroundings.
