My Brother and I purchased a home together in Costa Mesa, CA thanks to Bob’s tireless efforts. Whenever we wanted to see a property , Bob was able to set up a showing right away, often times the same or next day, which was critical in a seller’s market. After we found the perfect place, Bob provided sound advice and feedback when it came to making the offer and he helped execute the offer paperwork, which we would not have been able to do alone. Once we were in escrow, Bob coordinated with our lender and seller’s agent, relieving us from any added stress. Bob even went the extra mile to be there when we had the final walk through and when we signed the closing documents. He truly was there every step of the way. Providing guidance, consultation, and all the benefits from his vast knowledge and experience.
Bob still follows up with us and checks in to make sure things are running smoothly.
